An Organization’s foundation lays in its employees who work hard for the growth and development of the Company. To have the smooth running of the employees and employers, one of the responsibilities that HR takes care of is Employee Engagement. Do we always ask the question as to what exactly Employee engagement is???

Answer to that is Employee engagement is an approach for any work[place which results in the right conditions for all members of an organization to give of their best every today, committed to their organization’s goals, values, mission and vision motivated to contribute to organizational success, with an enhanced sense of their own well-being.

As it results in employee’s and the organization’s well being, another question arises is on how employee engagement takes place and what are the major things that are taken care of in employee engagement.
