How to keep going when you are a Startup – These tips will keep you going

When we think of starting up our own business, we look at the best possible experts to whom we can ask for advice. I personally feel that the one who has passed through that phase is the best expert to share some words of wisdom for an upcoming startup.

Thus here we get you Mr. Hamza Dairywala who after working as a co-founder of one company wanted to begin his venture named OTFCoder in specifically one technology which is #Laravel

As a seasoned entrepreneur, he told us that there is no perfect formula for starting a small business. He has learned that the best business advice usually forces you to think in a new way, OUT OF THE BOX. Setting up our own business becomes an ongoing learning process. But, it also asks us to work smartly and take the decisions smartly which leads to the prosperity of any organization. If you have an idea, these are the tips that you can implement in your journey.

Absorb Everything:

The very important key to learning is absorbing everything that comes on the way. All the pieces of advice are important, it can be used in the journey. Be open to feedback and criticism. This will help you relook at your concept and design it better.

When you share your idea with someone, read their face, their body language, ask for honest feedback, and more importantly listen to them as that will help you grow as an entrepreneur because they have passed through that phase and can give advice based on the experience..

Keep it simple:

Create a simple, quality good or service. A successful business idea should fulfill promises to customers and exceed expectations.

Cut unnecessary features that water down your offerings and cost you money. As a small business, you don’t need all the bells and whistles of a giant corporation. It will be easier to add it to your business as it grows.

Calculate the cost:

Starting a business is not a day’s task, and cannot be started with zero investment. There is a little requirement of investment in every business. Thus while you start thinking about starting your business, track the cost that will be required, and always keep a backup for uncertain expenses. This will help you see the upcoming costs

Share about your business:

Keep sharing about your business with everyone you meet. This will grow the visibility for your business and know the details about it. And who knows, you might get some investor!!!!

Know the legalities:

Always build awareness about what is the legal documentation that would be required to start your own venture beforehand. End moment rushing over for this may lead to a delay or over expenses for getting legalities done

Earn while you start developing business:

Do not expect business at the very beginning of the venture. It merely depends on Luck!!!! Start doing freelancing while you start your business, this will let you earn some bucks which will help you grow the business.

Keep Goal Clear:

A good idea is to keep the goal set for your business. It should be definite and narrowed down into steps. Having a big idea may lead to business go haywire. It should be properly planned, step by step.

Drive the business ethically:

Make sure that the business is done ethically, taking a shortcut may prove to be a disastrous step.  Go with all legalities, keep it safe and smooth, follow what is right, and succeed will be near.

Patience is the key to success. Keeping this in mind start with your business and goals can be achieved.
