With the emerging trend in technology with Artificial Intelligence, Many countries have started to adopt it and effectively use it for business purposes. It will soon more or less replace humans in doing complicated tasks. Many researchers have also shown concern for its use. AI can be a boon to the future but at the same time, it can be a risk too if it is programmed to do something destructing or maybe it programs itself in a destructing way to achieve a beneficial goal that can further lead to destruction.
Since last year, AI is strongly used in the Banking sector, Recruitment, Agriculture, Healthcare, and Transit. Further, if I look at how AI is used in all these industries, here are my insights:
In Banking: Nowadays it has become very easy for everyone to make transactions, know about the bank accounts, its details, and even the chat that Banking has opened, It is all because of AI. The latest Apps in smartphones, Online Banking, customized services is all due to AI. It has made a strong relationship between bankers and customers. Banking apps are an example of AI in Banking.
In Agriculture: In agriculture, Farmers using Ai can grow better crops and take care of their domestic animals, saving their time and energy. Drones can keep an eye on the condition of the soil and determine if it needs watering or seeding, while sensors in and around cows check their health and nutrition. Cameras monitor vegetables and fruit and are being taught to recognize irregularities or problems such as dehydration and unwelcome insects. All of this data can be used to keep track and predict the perfect time to harvest or to estimate total milk production in the long-term. In another way, it will be cost-effective for the Farmer.
In Recruitment: In any field, it is a tough task to find candidates, filter them, analyze, and recruit. especially in the IT industry. With AI a computer is able to analyze a huge amount of data on company details, culture codes, hiring trends and job offers so the appropriate person can be matched with the right company. AI can also make use of Job descriptions and make a job offer in the future too. Hiring apps are examples of AI in Recruitment.
In Healthcare: As we know that there are very fewer doctors and they have to save the lives of many people. With AI many famous applications in healthcare include data management and analyses. Thanks to the Electronic Patient Record and machine learning, caregivers are now able to predict disease outcomes based on information about symptoms, patterns, and lifestyle. Further many medical apps with AI help you understand the symptoms, provide assistance, and predict the disease.
In Transportation: People transit from one place to another. There are billions of people to transit but at the same time very few modes of transportation and to track the transportation. With AI, transit providers attach sensors to their trains, and buses to predict conditions and to avoid accidents. They notify travelers of free seats, wheelchair accessibility, and alternative routes in case of a roadblock. In the car, AI is deployed to provide the driver with real-time information on traffic jams, accidents, weather conditions, and the estimated time of arrival. Google Maps, Apps for the cabs such as Uber and Ola are a few of the examples of AI in Transportation
